Most Internet Internet marketers come from the networking marketing niche because they don’t want to have to talk to people on the phone to make sales!!!

Here’s a tip about building your own phone team to make sales for you…..or if you don’t want that expense or go to all that trouble, I’m going to tell you how you can hire one of the best phone teams in the industry to make sales for you without ever paying them a dime out of your pocket!
The Big Tip on the Three Dirty Words of Internet Marketing
The best way to get a great phone team is to pay on commission. You will have two types of people to respond if you start advertising.
- The first group will want money other than commissions….because what if they can’t make a sale, then they still want to be paid. They feel they are owed money for their time…lol..they want a job!
- The second group are those who are so good that they actually prefer commissions because they know what they can generate. There’s no ceiling and they know they can bring in sales. They love selling!
Of course, you want to hire the 2nd group!
There is a warning about the 2nd group. They can be pushy people….and the last thing you want is somebody pushy making calls for you. When somebody joins your company beause of being “pushed” into it, they won’t last and they will talk badly about you. You don’t want that.
So you will have to watch them closely and be careful about who you hire.
Running and managing a phone team is time consuming and hard work.

3 Quick Tips for Turning Traffic into Cash
When it comes to converting traffic, there’s a few things you ought to know:
1.) Most first time buyers are NOT going to buy your 10K mastermind program…
Nope. They won’t be ready for your big ticket back end offer till they’ve had a chance to sample out your lower ticket items, which represent a much smaller risk.
Say they buy your $10 ebook… and they are thrilled.
They’ll now feel much more comfortable going up to your $297 program.
From there, your 2k program.
And from that point… now you have a shot at making a 10K sale.
2.) You need multiple offers to bring out the different buyers on your list…
If you only have 1 or 2 products, that’s just not gonna cut it.
You need to have a platter of offers, each offering different benefits and solving different problems
Eg. when you join Matt Lloyd’s ‘MOBE License Rights’ program, you get to promote about 25 different offers, so you never run out of different offers to promote.
Plus, he’s constantly creating more for you to use.
3.) The margins have to be there.
As a regular affiliate, at best you’re getting 40- 50% co missions.

How many times have you ended your day and really accomplished nothing that made you any money in your network marketing business? How many times have you started one thing only to become distracted and start something else–never to complete either one? How many times have you proscratinated in starting an activity that you knew would make money for you but you just dreaded taking action? How many times has your day ended and you said I was busy all day but absolutely got nothing done.
That scenario is no different than your getting up one morning and deciding you are going to go somewhere but don’t know where you want to go. So you get in your car and you just drive until you decide to make a turn. At the end of the day, you may still be only five miles from home after driving over 300 miles, spending $60 on gas, and $20 on food. You wasted your day, spent money and got absolutely nothing accomplished. Why was that?
You had no plan!
You didn’t know where you wanted to end up at the end of the day–you just knew you wanted to go somewhere. The saying
“If You Fail To Plan, Then Your Plan Is To Fail”
is true regardless what you are doing. Plan your trip before you leave. Know the exact turns you are going to take, where you plan to stop for gas, and when you are going to stop to eat. Know what time you should reach your destination.
The same is true in your business. Plan your day. If you don’t plan your day, then you will find yourself on the road to nowhere. You will get absolutely nothing done and what you get done will not be those activities that can make you money. If your are working, I am assuming that you want to make money. I want to make as much money as I can with working as few hours as necessary. How do I do that? I plan.
Here is my typical day’s plan:
- 6:00 get up, drink coffee, exercise, prayer and Bible study
- 8:00 check emails
- 8:30 Get on social media sites and participate in my communities by making new connections and commenting. Spend no more than 20 minutes on each site
- 9:30 Write articles, make videos, blog
- 12 noon Lunch
- 1 p.m. Post articles and videos
- 2 p.m. Start discussions on social media sites and comment on posted discusssions
- 3 p.m. Personal development and training
- 6 p.m. Dinner
- 7 p.m. – 9 p.m Follow up with contacts from east coast and mid-atlantic
- 9 p.m – 10 p.m. Follow up with contacts from plains and west coast
- 10 p.m – Plan my next day
- 11 p .m. – Nite, nite
Now, does my day always go as planned. No, but I have a plan. At the end of the day, you make adjustments. You may decide that you want to take one day and spend it all on writing articles, blogs, and making videos that you can post over a two or three-day period. You may want to spend a full day just connecting with people about your primary business. You may want to spend time building a website. The great thing about the plan is that you get to make it! The important thing is to plan and evaluate that plan each day and adjust accordingly.
You schedule can fluctuate day to day. I suggest you set it that evening for the next day. Always evaluate where you might need to spend less time and where you might need to spend more time. Keep each day indpendent of the other. Don’t beat yourself up if you get away from your plan. Get back focused as soon as you realize you have gotten away from it.
It’s always important to set your day and follow it as closely as you can. Money-making activities should always take more time than non money-making activities when you are building your network marketing business.

When will you come to the point where you decide it’s time to take an honest assessment of your company, your goals, and your activities?
First of all, we are in the 21st Century. I am shocked at all the network marketers that are only using their warm market to grow their businesses. I am even further shocked that network marketers are still making cold calls. Why do I want to bug my family and friends when they obviously know what I’m doing and if they are interested, they will tell me. Why do I want to call someone that I have no idea if they are even interested in what I’m doing.
If you are not using the Internet to market online, then you are leaving a lot of money on the table. Besides that, if you market on the Internet, then people are getting in touch with you when they are interested in you. You don’t have to look for them. They find you. I would much rather become the hunted rather than the hunter.
